The passing of Marilyn Rose Peterson of Fredericton, NB, wife of the late Angus Peterson occurred on Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on April 7, 1940 in Upper Blackville, NB, she was the daughter of the late Hartley and Eve Arbeau. Marilyn was Pentecostal by faith.
Marilyn is survived by her children, Hank, Brenda and Ester; grandchildren; great grandchildren; sister, Vera Peterson; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, Marilyn was predeceased by her brothers, Roger and Bill.
Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Saturday, February 5, 2011 from 1-2 pm, followed by a funeral service at 2 pm with Rev. Harold Jenkins officiating. Interment will take place in the Upper Blackville United Pentecostal Cemetery at a later date.
