Obituary of Floyd James Hubbard

The passing of Floyd Roger James Hubbard of Holtville, NB, husband of Dianne (Colford) Hubbard, occurred on Sunday, February 6, 2011 at home. Born on January 20, 1960 in Miramichi, NB, he was the son of the late Cleora Hubbard and Gordon McLean. Floyd was an Industrial Mechanic; he worked for J.D. Irving for 20 years. Floyd loved cars and will be remembered as a “Jack of All Trades” who was always willing to lend a helping hand. In addition to his wife, Floyd is survived by his daughters, Paula Munn (David) and Tabatha Lovelace (Billy); son, Trevor Hubbard (Jennifer); grandchildren, Landon, Austin, Heidi and Jacob; brother, Ernie Hubbard (Evelyn); several nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place at Miramichi Valley Funeral Home, New Bandon on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at Miramichi Valley Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, February 10, 2011 at 1 pm with Father Andrew Fraser officiating. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
