Obituary of Eileen Williams

The passing of Eileen Mavis Williams of Fredericton, NB, wife of the late Irvine Williams occurred on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at the York Care Centre. Born on September 24, 1932 in Douglas, NB, she was the daughter of the late Arvard and Vera (Brewer) Hawkins. Eileen loved collecting bears, enjoyed embroidery and playing bingo. Eileen is survived by her sister, Maxine Torunski and brother, Basil Hawkins; nieces, Penny Pringle, Tara Cowan and Cindy Torunski; nephews, Brent Hawkins and Stephen Torunski; several great nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 from 11 am to 12 noon followed by a Memorial Service at 12 noon with Rev. Gordon Cook officiating. Interment will take place in Keswick Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
