Obituary of Tina Peabody

PEABODY, TINA ANNE (PERRY) The passing of Tina Peabody of Fredericton, NB, wife of Gary Peabody occurred on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on March 13, 1967 in Pointe Claire, QC she was the daughter of Wayne Perry and the late Eileen (Brown) Perry. She was a member of the Nashwaaksis United Church. Tina graduated from Oromocto High School in 1985 and UNB in 1989. Tina enjoyed watching her children play hockey, football, rugby; she also enjoyed camping, cooking, and especially loved spending time with her family and friends. Tina volunteered her time with various service groups. In addition to her husband, Tina is survived by her father, Wayne Perry (Cathy Campbell); sons Evan and Jared Peabody; sisters, Sheila Perry-Long (Rob) of Saint John, NB and Kim Perry (Martin Despres) of Shediac, NB; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Sunday, March 31, 2019 from 3-6 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at Nashwaaksis United Church on Monday, April 1, 2019 at 11 am with Rev. Walter Perry officiating. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to Chalmers Foundation – Oncology Department, Canadian Cancer Society, Scouts Canada 2nd Nashwaaksis or the charity of the donor’s choice.
