Obituary of Patricia Lyons

Life Legacy LYONS, PATRICIA LEE ELIZABETH The passing of Patricia Lee Elizabeth (Curry) Lyons, wife of Richard Lyons of Carroll’s Crossing NB, occurred on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at Nashwaak Villa Nursing Home in Stanley, NB. Born in Moncton, NB on April 29, 1942, Patricia was a daughter of the late Arthur and Catherine (Corey) Curry. She was a teacher and spent most of her career teaching at Doaktown Elementary School. Later, Patricia worked at the Atlantic Salmon Museum in Doaktown, as well as the Central New Brunswick Woodmen’s Museum in Boiestown. In addition to her husband of 54 years, Patricia is survived by her 2 sons, John Lyons and Jason (Carlene) Lyons; 4 grandchildren, Amber, Alexis, Benjamin and Kassidy; 2 sisters, Pamela Gordon (Murray), Margaret Fulford (Robert); sister-in-law, Lily Harris; and cousin, Joan Harris. Patricia was predeceased by her brother, John Harris; and step-father, John Harris. In keeping with Patricia’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service at this time. A Graveside Service will be held at St. John’s Anglican Cemetery, Carroll’s Crossing, NB at a later date.
