Obituary of Sheldon Foster

The passing of Sheldon “Skip” Allison Foster, husband of Sonja (Dymond) Foster of Fredericton, NB occurred on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Fredericton Hospice. Born in Fredericton, NB on February 12, 1960, Skip was the son of Sheldon and Al (MacMillan) Foster. Skip worked from age 16 until retirement with the City of Fredericton, Parks and Trees Department. In addition to his wife and parents, Skip is survived by his children, Melissa Foster, Alex Foster and Jordan Foster (Derik); step-children, Courtney McBride (Peter) and Travis McBride; grandchildren, Adler, Josie and Giovanna; lots of friends and extended family. At Skip’s request, there will be no visitation or service at this time. His final wish was to be donated to the Dalhousie Medical Research Program.
