Obituary of C. Robert Regan

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear father C. Robert Regan of Moncton, NB on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at York Care Centre. Born on March 8, 1935 in Saint John, NB, he was the son of the late Clint and Ethel (Cosman) Regan. He had a fulfilling career as a Gas Field Technologist retiring at age 65 from National Energy Equipment. Bob will be remembered as a social man who loved to entertain people of all ages with his magic tricks, jokes and music. He belonged to many benevolent organizations, loved to travel and participated in many sports such as basketball and curling. Other interests included curling, pool, canoeing, sailing and swimming. Bob as he was affectionately known, is survived by his loving daughters, Heather Morton and son in law, Rob of Memramcook, NB and Jill Gardiner and son in law, Glen of Maugerville, NB; grandsons Ryan, Jordan and Dustin; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his beautiful wife, Mary (Dunnington) Regan (his wee Mary); brother, Donald and sister, Lois Ramsay. There will be a celebration of Bob’s life in Moncton at a later date. The family wish to express their gratitude, for the care and compassion given to Bob by the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at York Care Centre (Birch Grove).
