Obituary of Gerald Hudlin

Life Legacy The passing of Gerald William Hudlin, husband of Brenda Lyons occurred on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at Fredericton Hospice House. Born on April 5, 1939 in Lakeville Corner, NB, he was the son of the late Donald and Mildred (Hoyt) Hudlin. Gerald was a member of the Fredericton Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 4. He loved playing cribbage and trout fishing with his friends and his stepson, Jason. In addition to his wife, Gerald is survived by his stepson, Jason Lyons (wife Tammy and grandson Madison); daughter, Angela Posendorf; four sons, Sheldon Hudlin, Wayne Hudlin, Todd Hudlin and Dale Hudlin; his beloved grandson, Mikel Hudlin; he is also leaving his buddy, Daisy. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Wayne Hudlin. A Celebration of Gerald’s Life will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 5-8 pm. No flowers by request, for those who wish donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, New Brunswick Kidney Foundation or Fredericton Hospice House.
