Obituary of Alan Edmondson

Life Legacy The passing of Alan Ivan Edmondson of Burtts Corner, NB occurred suddenly on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on June 4, 1987, in Ottawa, ON, he was the son of Wayne MacFarlane (Trina) and Catherine Edmondson . Alan worked at Coburn’s Farms in Keswick Ridge and was an active member at All Saints Anglican Church. He enjoyed reading, playing the guitar, animals and biking. In addition to his parents, Alan is survived by his close friend and aunt Blanche “Sis” Brewer, grandparents Adrian MacFarlane, Nancy MacFarlane and Dianne Edmondson, as well as several cousins, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his grandparents Ivan and Sheila Edmondson; great grandparents Earl and Annie Edmondson as well as his sister, Holly Edmondson. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 from 6-8pm. Funeral Service will be held at All Saints Anglican Church, 150 Crocks Point Road, Keswick Ridge, NB, on Thursday January 10, 2019 at 2pm with The Ven. John Sharpe officiating. Interment will take place in All Saints Anglican Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances can be made to the Fredericton SPCA or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
