Obituary of Paulette Haight

It is with great sadness the family announces the unexpected passing of Paulette Nellie Haight at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Monday, December 10, 2018. Paulette was born in McNamee, NB on September 8, 1957 to the late John “Jack” and Nellie (Price) Wilson. She graduated from UMRHS and lived in Boiestown, NB. She was retired from Brookside Medical Clinic where she worked for 25 years. Paulette loved living on the river with her husband and son. She enjoyed outdoor activities, especially trips in the side by side. Most of all she loved spending time with family and friends. Paulette will be sadly missed by her husband, Winston Haight; daughter, Dawn Wilson; son, Clarke Haight; three grandchildren, Darien, J.D. and Edison Jack; sister, Donna Gilbert (Garry); brothers, Fred Arnold (Carolyn), Allan Wilson (Lucillia) and Ed Wilson; sisters-in-law, Sharon Roop (Chris), Carolyn Denton (Roger), Darlene Cook (Lloyd) and Debbie Wetmore (Ben); brother-in-law, Caleb Haight (Cathy); her aunt, Gert Price; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Paulette was predeceased by her brothers, Eldon Wilson and John C. Wilson; and her mother and father-in-law, Bessie and Cecil Haight. Visitation will take place at Miramichi Valley Chapel, 7681 Route 8, New Bandon, NB on Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 6-9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held from Miramichi Valley Chapel on Friday, December 14, 2018 at 1 pm with Rev. Dwight Cole officiating. Pallbearers will be John Wilson, Manley Wilson, Frederick Wilson, Ryan Wilson, Jason Swazey and Ken Price. Interment will be at the Ludlow Baptist Cemetery at a later date. Remembrances can be made to the Central New Brunswick Nursing Home or to a charity of the donor’s choice. Personal condolences may be offered through www.miramichivalleyfh.com
