Obituary of Frederick Ginson
It is with heavy hearts the family of Frederick “Fred” Henry Ginson of Penniac NB, wish to announce the sudden passing on December 1, 2018 at the DECRH.
Born October 3, 1938 in Hartland NB. Fred recently celebrated his 80th birthday. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Frances (Humble) Ginson.
Fred had many different occupations over the years such as, custodian, truck driver but people knew him as a hard and dedicated woods worker. Fred valued his long conversations on the phone with family and friends, enjoyed a good laugh and especially when pranking his sister.
Fred leaves behind his pride and joy; one son, Tony (Joan) of Alberta; two daughters, Shelley (Ricky) of Penniac, Laura (John) of Penniac; grandchildren, Nicole, Jesse, Cassandra, Dawson, Duke, George, Kirk, Dillon, Megan and Tyler; and ten great-grandchildren who held a special place in his heart and in theirs as well; sister, Sheila (Gerry) Campbell.
Fred was predeceased by his parents, Kenneth and Gertrude (Grant) Ginson and siblings, Grace, Ralph, Donald, Edna, Esther and Raymond (Buck).
With Fred’s request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Arrangements have been entrusted to York Funeral Home. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
