Obituary of Bernice Larsen

It is with great sadness that the family of Bernice Irene Larsen (Jenkins) announce her peaceful passing from this life at her home of two and half years, Shannex Parkland, Fredericton on Wednesday, September 26, 2018. Bernice is survived by her children, Bonnie Taylor (Wayne) of Saint John, Kathy Lavigne (Rick) of Stanley, Dale Larsen of Fredericton, Lori Haché (Mike) of Burton, Kevin Larsen of Calgary; grandchildren, Kayla Larsen, Sandy Lavigne, Randy Lavigne; Erin Martin (Gabriel) and Jayne Green (Jacob); great-grandchild, Miguel; sister, Alice Lyons (Daryl); brother, Edward Jenkins (Mary), Lloyd Jenkins, Ralph Jenkins (Dorothy); sisters-in-law, Yvonne and Vivian Jenkins. Bernice was predeceased by her husband, Harley Larsen; parents, Irvine and Beulah (Bishop) Jenkins; stepmother, Violet Jenkins (Selwah); brothers, Gilbert Jenkins, David Jenkins, Harold Jenkins and her twin brother, Burnham Jenkins; sister-in-law, Mary Jenkins; great-grandson, Anthony. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 from 12-2 pm followed by a Funeral Service at 2 pm with Rev. Tom Price, nephew and long time family friend officiating. Interment will take place in Chipman United Pentecostal Cemetery at 4 pm.
