Obituary of Darlene Russell

Russell, Darlene Floris It is with heavy hearts that the family of Darlene Floris Russell, wife of the late Ronnie Russell, announces her passing on Friday, September 21, 2018 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on September 25, 1953 in Holtville, NB, she was a daughter of the late Elva and Glendeen (Munn) Reid. Darlene is survived by her children, Kevin Gaudet (Erin) and Nadine Shaw (Dany Sader); grandchildren, Tori Shaw (Ali Banks) and Gracie Shaw; sisters, Debbie Berryman and Vonnie Munn (Charlie); sister-in-law, Susan Reid; special aunt, Grace Donnelly; several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents, Darlene was predeceased by her brothers, Tony, Carmen and Jack Reid; brother-in-law, Bob Berryman; fur baby, Izzy. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated from York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 from 1-2 pm with refreshments to follow from 2-3 pm. For those who wish, donations may be made to the Fredericton Food Bank or the Fredericton SPCA. Family would like to thank the doctors and nurses of the palliative care unit at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital for their compassion and care during this difficult time.
