Obituary of Ross Saunders

The passing of Ross Wilson Saunders, of Fredericton, NB, husband of Jackie (Perley) Saunders, occurred on Friday, April 13, 2018 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on June 24, 1942 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of the late Wilson and Annie (Ross) Saunders. Ross worked as a truck driver. He was a member of the Central New Brunswick Welsh Society and the Nashwaaksis United Church Besides his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Tracey Saunders-Ripley (Darren) of Burlington, ON, Stephanie Saunders Ripley of Fredericton, grandchildren Emma and Olivia Ripley, and their father Shawn Ripley (Kristina Book); sisters Ellen Saunders Aube, Avis Cody of Calgary, AB; aunts Kaye Holyoke, Enid Pugh; and brother-in-law Gerry Perley ( Edith MacFarlane) Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 from 4-8 pm. A private family service will take place at a later date. Interment will take place at Woodlands Cemetery, at a later date.
