Obituary of Rae Thomas

The passing of Rae Daisy (Gorman) Thomas of Stanley, NB, wife of the late Willis Thomas occurred on Sunday, March 18, 2018 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on June 18, 1927 in Stanley, NB she was the daughter of the late John and Daisy (Fulllerton) Gorman. She was a member of Nashwaaksis United Church. Rae is survived by her daughters, Shirley Kelly (Wayne), Donna Taylor and Linda Doherty (Bill) all of Fredericton, NB; four grandchildren, Terry (Tina) Kelly, Kimberly (Scott) MacKenzie, Tymathy (Wendell) Dempsey and Aaron (Christine) Taylor; five great grandchildren, Mallory and Nathan Kelly, Brittany MacKenzie, Teagan and Tylar Dempsey; great great grandson, Benjamin; sister, Ina Fullarton of Fredericton, NB; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her sisters, Florence Hossack and Gladys Gallagher; brothers, Jack, Randolph, Chester, Eugene, Wilfred, Ralph and Clifford Gorman; son in law, Gary Taylor There will be no visitation or funeral service as per request. Interment will take place in Douglas Rural Cemetery at a later date. The family wish to express a special thank you to the staff and caregivers of CBI Home Health and Dr. Beal for their care of our mother.
