Obituary of Norma Clowater

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Bunni. Bunni was not only held dear by her family and friends but by many people she encountered during her 31 year career as the Activity Director at the Central New Brunswick Nursing Home in Boiestown, NB. She was an amazing cook and always eager to make her special dishes for family and friends. She loved life and playing cards with her friends and family. She had a tremendous sassy humour and made many laugh. The past four years she had many health issues; however, she put up a courageous battle. She has left us with many wonderful memories. Bunni’s family was her pride and joy. She loved them and always put their needs before her own. She is survived by her husband, Fred Sebastian; daughters, Kelly (Stephen) Horne and Kimberly (Mark) Peebles; grandsons, Robbie and Alex Horne, Thomas and Luke Peebles; sisters, Nancy and Nova; nephew, Shawn (Kristy) Brown; grandnephews, Brayden and Denver; grandniece, Brooke; niece, Trudy (Rick) Kennedy; stepson, Jeff (Karen) Sebastian. Bunni was predeceased by her parents, Brud and Chink Munn; infant daughter, Tammy. A very special thank you to Dr. Tanya Wood and the staff at the Boiestown Clinic’ Dr. Jeff Moore, Dr. Hayter and the staff on CCU at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. A visitation will be held at Our Lady of the Annunciation Catholic Church, Doaktown, NB on Friday, February 16, 2018 from 6-9 pm. A Memorial Service will be held from the church on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 10 am with Father Godwin Kalu officiating. Interment will be in McNamee Pentecostal Cemetery, Porter Cove, NB at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Central New Brunswick Nursing Home.
