Obituary of Gregory Phillips

It is with the utmost sadness that the family of Gregory Mitchell Phillips announce his sudden passing on Sunday, December 3, 2017 in Fort McMurray, AB. He was born in Fredericton, NB to Mark and Lynn (McLaughlin) Phillips. He was only 36 years old. He attended Stanley High School. Greg was a “Jack of Many Trades” but worked mostly on Heavy Equipment. He adored his four children, Makayla, Jayden, Devon and Zackary. They were his world. Greg also leaves behind his brother and best friend, Joey Phillips (Angela Rempel) and niece, Macey. He will be forever missed by the love of his life and his rock Eliza Dawe and Natasha Poirier, who never gave up on him. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Friday, December 8, 2017 from 6-9 pm. A Memorial Service will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 11 am with Rev. Bill Brennan officiating.
