Obituary of Dorothy Warren

The passing of Dorothy Alice Jean (Baird) Warren of Sarnia, ON and Fredericton, NB occurred on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at York Care Centre, Fredericton, NB. Born on February 9, 1934 in Forest, ON, she was the daughter of the late Hubert and Marion (Wightman) Baird. Dorothy enjoyed gardening, writing, baking, going for walks, and especially loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Dorothy is survived by her daughters, Julie Warren-McCaul and Barb Huff; son, John Warren (Bev); grandchildren, Tanya, Kathryn, Alex, Corey and Jamie; great grandchildren, Ben, Emma, Sadie, Maggie and Jasmyn; brothers, Dennis Baird (Micheline) and David Baird (Bernie); biological sisters, Bernice Miles (Fred) and Gloria Maharg; sister-in-law, Olive “Beth” Baird; numerous nieces and nephews; dear friends, Piercy family, Grace, Anna, Jimmy, Jack and Julia. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her infant son, Bruce Daniel Warren; sister, Diane Motchan; biological sisters, Lillian Huey and Joan Crawford; brothers, Don and Doug Baird; biological brother, John Reynolds. A Memorial Service will take place at Hanwell Community Church on Sunday, November 12, 2017 at 3 pm with Rev. Dr. Mike McDonald officiating.
