Obituary of Delbert Davidson

The passing of Delbert Earl Davidson of Woodlands, NB, husband of Linda (Pineo) Davidson occurred on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at Fredericton Hospice House. Born on May 14, 1950 in Woodlands, NB, he was the son of the late Howard and Laura (Stickles) Davidson. He worked for Hilltop Ventures. Delbert could always be found in his garage. He especially loved spending time with his grandchildren. In addition to his wife, Delbert is survived by his daughter, Sheila Davidson (Brandon Flagg); son, Andrew Davidson; grandchildren, Kayla, Sean, Fionn and Maddie; sisters, Shirley Porter (Frank), Elva Haines (Ronald), Faye Humble (Paul) and Sharon Pringle (Lovell); brothers, Irvine (Carolyn), Brian (Bonnie) and Ivan (Luanne) Davidson; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Darrell Davidson. A Private Committal for family and close friends will take place at North Cardigan United Church Cemetery on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at 2 pm with Rev. Brian Delong officiating. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Society Atlantic Division, North Cardigan Cemetery Fund or the charity of the donor’s choice.
