Obituary of Wittney Hay

The sudden passing of Wittney Lee Anne Hay of Fredericton, NB, occurred on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on August 28, 1993 in Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of Alexander "Sandy" Stewart and Gloria W. Hay. In addition to her parents, Wittney is survived by her daughter, Savannah Narvey and son, Spencer Hanson; sisters, Natasha Collins and Shawna Stewart; brothers, Keith Reid, Ryan Collins, Craig Collins and Jordan Hay-Kroon; maternal grandmother, Velma Hay; paternal grandmother, Faye Stewart; special aunt, Connie McNeil and family; special cousin, Allisha Hay; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; Godparents, Margie and Percy Beers. She was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Ferdinand Hay and paternal grandfather, Basil Stewart. Wittney spent most of her young life growing up along the Nashwaak. She was a talented young lady who had a zest for adventure. She enjoyed spending time with family, friends, and most of all adored her two children. She will dearly be missed by all who had the opportunity of meeting her. A Memorial Service will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, August 29, 2017 at 2 pm with Rev. Benjamin Canney officiating. Interment will take place in Taymouth Community Cemetery.
