Obituary of Joseph Bolduc

Life Legacy The passing of Joseph Gerard “Luc” Bolduc of Fredericton, NB, husband of the late Barbara Lee (Firth) Bolduc occurred on Monday, July 10, 2017 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on June 15, 1952 in Coaticook, QC, he was the son of the late Victor and Maria (Meunier) Bolduc. He served in the RCMP for 31 years before retiring. He enjoyed golfing, hunting and fishing. He will be remembered for his friendliness, good humour, and hospitality. Luc is survived by his daughter, Bianca Bolduc (Luc Boucher); his son, Justin Bolduc (Amanda Morrison); granddaughter, Alexa Boucher; sisters, Louise (Alain Couturier), Gisèle (late Léon Tremblay), Charlotte (François Tardif), and Lise; brothers, Gilles (Monique Binette), Marc, Roger, Jean-Pierre (France Baillargeon), the late Ronald, and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Saturday, July 22, 2017 from 12 to 2 pm. A Funeral Service will follow at 2 pm in York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel with Father Monte Peters officiating. Interment will take place in St. Edmond Cemetery, Coaticook, QC at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the J. Division RCMP Veteran's Scholarship Fund, Ducks Unlimited Canada, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
