My sincerest condolences to the whole Landers family. I had the pleasure and privilege of working with Dean on several NPCC committees over the years. We had many long nights at the bar talking hockey, politics and families. He was one of the real good guys. He will be missed by many of us in his extended electric utility family.

My heart is broken. I spent many years on a committee with Dean. I always looked forward to our meetings and the dinners between the 2 days of meetings. To Dean's wife and daughters - it is with deep sadness that I heard on Saturday of Dean's passing, but as the days have passed I have found myself reflecting on memories from the past. As a teenager Dean was the one with his feet squarely planted on the ground and seemed to be focused on what he wanted to achieve moving forward as a young adult. Dean was loved and valued by all those that he touched with his smile that could light a room up.He was honest and caring and just plainly said a nice, nice guy! Dean you will be missed
