Obituary of Dale White

Life Legacy It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Dale Edward White of Lincoln, NB, which occurred on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at the Oromocto Special Care Home. Born on July 24, 1945 in Lower Hainesville, NB he was a son of Ward White and the late Della (Hagerman) White. Dale was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #4 Fredericton, NB. Dale leaves behind his daughter, Shannon Watts of Hanmer, ON; grandson, Jeremy Watts; granddaughter, Lindsay Watts; brothers, Garth White and Lawrence White (Joyce); sisters, Nancy MacFarlane, Sheryrl Edwards (Barry), Kelly White and Karen Clark (Allan); several nieces, nephews, cousins and his faithful friend, Gerald LeBlanc. Besides his mother, Dale was predeceased by his brother, Danny White. A Memorial Service will take place from York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at 2 pm with Rev. Scott Lewis officiating. Members of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #4 are asked to assemble at the funeral home at 2 pm for a Legion Tribute Service. There will be a reception to follow after the service. Interment will take place in Staples Settlement Cemetery, Lower Hainesville, NB at a later date. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion.
