Obituary of Linda Fillmore

The passing of Linda Fillmore of Douglas, NB, wife of James Fillmore occurred on Monday, April 24, 2017 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, in Fredericton, NB. Born on November 14, 1947 in Bell Island, NL, she was the daughter of the late William and Ruth (Hodgson) George. She was a self employed contractor for the Daily Gleaner. Linda enjoyed camping and her pets. She also loved the conversations she was able to have with her customers while working at the Gleaner. In addition to her husband, Linda was survived by sister, Moira Cluney (Nick) of Kelligrews, CBS, NL; nephew, Nick Cluney Jr. (Dawn) of Kelligrews, NL; great niece, Leah Cluney and many special friends and external family. There will be no visitation or service by request of the family. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
