Obituary of Carter Palmer

The passing of Carter Wayne Palmer of Fredericton, NB, occurred on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on January 25, 1952 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of the late Vivian (Palmer) Howe. He was previously a truck driver for Midland Transport and Baxter’s before retiring as a taxi driver. He is survived by his daughter, LeeAnn Palmer of Pickering, ON and her mother, Sharon Howe; siblings, Dwight, Essie, Kirby, Mavis, Mazie, Wade and Jocey; several nieces and nephews. There will be no service by Carter’s request. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Diabetes Association, New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation or the charity of the donor’s choice.
