It is with great sadness that the family of Robert George DeMerchant announce his passing on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at York Care Centre, Born on April 29, 1966 in Ottawa, ON, he was the much loved son of Perley and Susan (Clements) DeMerchant.
Rob has taken up his wings and left the chains behind that bound him in a vegetative state for almost 19 years to be present with his Lord and Saviour.
