Obituary of Myrna Craig

The passing of Myrna Eileen Craig of Fredericton, NB wife of Gary Craig occurred on Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at York Care Centre. Born on October 12, 1941 in Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Roland and Delora (Griffiths) Sandwith. Myrna was a member of Kingsley United Church. Myrna enjoyed dancing, travelling and dining out. She loved family gatherings and especially any chance to spend time with her grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Myrna is survived by her daughter, Janet Waterhouse (John) and son, Danny Craig (Tabatha Price) both of Fredericton, NB; grandchildren, Chris, Emily, Megan, Adam and Jenna; sister, Lois Painter (Donald); brothers, Royden Sandwith (Debbie) and Winston Sandwith (Wendy) all of Fredericton, NB; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Friday, January 27, 2017 from 6-9 pm. A Memorial Service will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 2 pm with Rev. Joanne Barr officiating. Interment will take place in Seymour Memorial Cemetery at a later date.
