Obituary of Lindsey Thompson

The light of our lives has gone with the passing of Lindsey Diane Thompson, born December 19, 1983 in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Lindsey was the daughter of Diane Thompson (Phillips) and Brian Thompson and the little sister of Michael Thompson. She was loved and admired by all who knew her. Lindsey was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at fifteen months of age and thereafter lived her life to the fullest, enduring many physical limitations and illnesses with a courage and strength that belied her years. Besides her parents and brother Lindsey is survived by her loving partner Jason Boone and by her grandparents Earlin and Mary Ann Phillips. She was predeceased by her Nanny, Edna Thompson. Visitation will take place on Monday, January 9, 2017 from 7 to 9 pm at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Theresa’s Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at 12 pm. The family requests any donations to be made to the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Children's Wish Foundation or the charity of your choice.
