Obituary of Francisco Arcelus

The passing of Francisco Javier Arcelus of Fredericton, NB, occurred on Sunday, November 27, 2016 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on April 5, 1945 in Pamplona, Spain, he was the son of the late Roman and Gloria (Ulibarrena) Arcelus. Francisco will always be remembered as an adoring father, a dedicated researcher, an inspiring mentor and a wonderful friend. Francisco is survived by his daughter, Amaya Arcelus (Andrew Feltham) of Ottawa, ON; grandchildren, Seniko and Mateo Feltham; sister, Juana Mari Arcelus; brother, Mikel Arcelus; nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his aunts, Maria and Julia. A Memorial Service will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at 11 am with Father Monte Peters officiating. Interment will take place in Hermitage Cemetery.
