Obituary of Cynthia Eagles

The passing of Cynthia Estella Eagles of Fredericton, NB, wife of Eldon “John” Eagles occurred on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on April 27, 1953 in Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of Sadie (Fawcett) Fletcher and the late Gordon Fletcher. Cynthia was a Loans Manager at the Bank of Montreal. She was a Past Board of Director for Retirement Miramichi. Cynthia loved to travel. In addition to her mother and husband, she is survived by her sisters, Sharon Hicks (Clyde) of Riverview, NB, Linda McCready (Robert) of Saint John, NB and Heather Switzer-Fletcher of Fredericton, NB; father in law, Harry Eagles of Riverview, NB; sister in law, Martha Steeves (Brian) of Riverview, NB; special sister in law, Mary Allen (Larry) of Moncton, NB; brothers in law, David Eagles (Carol) of Riverview, NB and Stephen Eagles (Gloria) of Moncton, NB; several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 2 pm with Rev. David Eagles officiating.
