Obituary of Patricia Steeves

The passing of Patricia Gayle Steeves of Fredericton, NB, wife of Geoffrey Steeves occurred on Monday, October 3, 2016 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on October 25, 1961 in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of Violet (Smith) Blakney and the late Lawrence Steeves. Patricia was a front cashier at Shoppers Drug Mart. She was a member of Marysville Baptist Church. Patricia enjoyed playing cards and doing puzzles. Patricia is survived by her two daughters, Katelyn Steeves (Tyson) and Natalie McAleer (Richard) both of Fredericton, NB; sister, Karen R. Steeves of Moncton, NB; several nieces and nephews; father and mother in law, Carl and Bonnie Steeves of Riverview, NB. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at Marysville Baptist Church on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at 2 pm with Rev. Dr. Peter Sherwood officiating. Interment will take place in Marysville Baptist Cemetery.
