Obituary of David Reynolds

The passing of David Wayne Reynolds of Nasonworth, NB, husband of Janice (Clowater) Reynolds occurred on Monday, September 12, 2016 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on July 8, 1947 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of the late William “Bill” and Marjorie (Connor) Reynolds. David worked with his father at W.H. Reynolds and Son Ltd. and later he worked at E.W. Clowater and Sons Ltd.; he retired from Direct Mechanical Ltd. in 2015. David was recently inducted into the Fredericton Sports Wall of Fame as a member of the Fredericton Junior Red Wings. He was Past President of the Fredericton Construction Association and the Fredericton Mechanical Contractors Association. In addition to his wife, David is survived by his daughters, Tammy Daigle (Chris) and their two daughters, Leah and Lucy; Tara Stewart (Andrew) and their two sons, Cole and Cameron; son, David Reynolds (Mary Anne) and their daughter, Kate and two sons, Will and Ben; his sister, Brenda Roberts (Charles); brother, Tim Reynolds; mother in law, Barbara Clowater; sister in law, Nancy Loftstrom (Richard); several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Bill and father in law, Jim Clowater. The Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Thursday, September 15, 2016 from 6-9 pm. A Private Family Graveside Service will take place in Fredericton Rural Cemetery. The family wish to extend a special thank you to the Doctors and Nursing staff of the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital 3 East Palliative Care Unit.
