Obituary of Patience Storey

The passing of Patience Lillian Belle Storey, wife of the late James “Budd” Storey, occurred on July 9, 2016 at the Central New Brunswick Nursing Home. Born on September 18, 1929 in Bay Roberts, NFLD, she was the daughter of the late Eleazer and Flora “Richards” Tippett. Lillian was a member of the Abundant Life United Pentecostal Church. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and gardening and spending time with her dog, Macey. Lillian is survived by her daughters, Melodie (John) Olsen and Faith Price; sons, Dale (Cathy) Storey, Vaughn (Karen) Storey, and George (Barb) Storey; grandchildren, David Price, Wayne Bustard, Adam Storey, Tyler Storey, Joshua Storey, Michelle Bustard, Sarah O’Donnell and Janisha Storey’ great grandchildren, Cohen, Lily, Jeriah, Christian, Tiauna, Lexi, James, Erica, Angela, Bruce, Lana and Jayce; several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents, Lillian was predeceased by her brother, George Tippett. Visitation will take place at the Abundant Life United Pentecostal Church, Doaktown, NB on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at the church on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at 2 pm with Rev. Wayne Bustard officiating, and Rev. Ronald Carroll and Rev. Russell Morehouse assisting. Interment will take place at the Abundant Life United Pentecostal Church Cemetery.
