King, Philip Dale
The passing of Philip Dale King of Penniac, NB, husband of Norma (Pauley) King occurred on Sunday, June 12, 2016 at home. Born on October 12, 1945 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of the late Myles and Vesta (Whitlock) King. Philip worked for the Federal Government for 35 years, as an Electronic Technician and a Shop Steward. He taught Scuba Diving for 25 years and was the President of the Co-Op Home and Farm.
In addition to his wife, Philip is survived by his sister, Esther Mattix (Gerald).
Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 from 1-2 pm followed by a Memorial Service at 2 pm with Rev. Gordon Cook officiating. Interment will take place in Penniac Baptist Church Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
