Obituary of Jeffrey Currie

It is with broken hearts that the family of Jeffrey Otis Currie announce his passing on March 22, 2016. Jeff was born on December 20, 1969, the son of David Currie and the late Helen (MacDougall) Currie. Jeff touched many hearts over the years, in particular, his co-workers at Wood Motors, where he was employed for 21 years. His interests included fishing, golf, bird hunting, wrestling, going to his own little log cabin on the Dungarvon and hanging out with his brother-in-law and best bud, Tony. Besides his father, he leaves behind his step mother, Marg; his sister, Karen Albert (Tony); his nephews, Wade Albert, Jeremy (Rachel) and their children, Adalyn, Olivia, Jeralee, Calvin, and Willow, his niece, Ashlyn Albert (Peter), his step-sister, Sally Conohan (Craig) and their children, Ellie, Celia and Dax; his step-brother, John Fullerton (Erin) and their children Jack & Sam. Also survived by several Aunts, Uncles and cousins. The family sincerely thanks Drs. MacDougall, Gowan and Cunningham for their compassionate care to both Jeff and ourselves. A celebration of Jeff's life will be held at York Funeral Home 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton on Saturday, March 26, 2016 from 12-2 pm. The family requests that you bring your fond memories of Jeff to share. In lieu of flowers, donations to Jobs Unlimited, Special Olympics or the charity of the donor's choice, would be appreciated by the family.
