Obituary of John McLaggan

The passing of John Richard McLaggan of Nashwaak Village, NB, occurred on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on October 11, 1966 in Sydney, Cape Breton, NS, he was the son of the Marie (O’Neill) McLaggan and the late Roger McLaggan. John previously worked as a custodian at Corey’s Feed and Nutrition. In addition to his mother, John is survived by “His” Beloved Dog Frisco and brother, Donald McLaggan of Nashwaak Bridge, NB; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins across Canada; the only regret he had was not meeting his niece, Alyson. Besides his father, he was predeceased by his grandparents. Although there will be no formal services; a reception will be held at the family home on April 3, 2016 from 1-6 pm, 1671 Canada Street, Nashwaak Village, NB. Special thanks to the Chalmers Oncology and Palliative Care Unit for the great care and comfort given to John during his treatments and after.
