Obituary of Harold Miller

The passing of Harold Franklin Miller of Fredericton, NB, occurred on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on February 19, 1927 in Nackawic, NB, he was the son of the late Wilbur and Margaret (Scott) Miller. Harold is survived by his daughters, Lisa Bruce (Dave) and Sandra Hamilton (Gerry); son, Ryan Miller (Deanna); grandchildren, Robin Carpenter, Jennifer Crossman (Carpenter), McKenzie Miller, Eleanor Miller, Damien Bruce and Sloane Bruce; great grandchildren, Zoey, Hunter and Zachary; his second wife and long-time friend, Sandra Miller; sister, Myrtle Moorcroft; several nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Mary Miller. Besides his parents Harold was predeceased by his first wife, Betty Sullivan; daughter, Elizabeth “Bunny” Carpenter; sisters, Madeline Dow (Harold) and Ruth Caverhill (Stanley); brother, Gerald Miller; brother-in-law Johnny Moorcroft. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB. A Funeral Service will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at 2 pm with Rev. Bob Dunlop officiating.
