Obituary of Brent Vickers

The passing of Brent William Vickers of Fredericton, NB occurred on Sunday, February 14, 2016 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. He was born on February 25, 1961 in Fredericton, NB. Brent worked in landscaping. He loved to talk and socialize his sense of humour will be greatly missed. Brent is the son of the late Nola (Munn) Thompson and the late Harold Vickers. A loving father, son, grandfather, uncle and brother; he is survived by his step father, Harold Thompson; two sons, Jeremey (Marystar) Underhill and Jessie (Trina) VanTassel both of Fredericton, NB; one step son, Kristopher (Jessica) VanTassel of Fort McMurray, AB; two daughters, Amber VanTassel and Heidi-Lynn VanTassel both of Fredericton, NB; one brother, Bev Vickers of Fredericton, NB; one nephew, Sheldon (Courtney) Vickers of Fredericton, NB;seven grandsons and his girlfriend, Tammy Kitchen. In addition to his parents, Brent was predeceased by his sister, Sheila Vickers. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Thursday, February 18, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at Victory Tabernacle Church on Friday, February 19, 2016 at 2 pm with Rev. Weldon Mutch officiating. Interment will take place at Doaktown Pentecostal Church Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
