Obituary of Clarence White

Life Legacy The passing of Clarence Idoram White, of Fredericton, NB, husband of Elma (Henderson) White, occurred on February 15, 2016 at York Care Center. Born on February 9, 1928 in Burtts Corner, NB, he was a son of the late Clarence and Comfort (McGeorge) White. Clarence was a member of Burtts Corner Christian Church and of the Gideons. In addition to his wife of 64 years, Clarence is survived by his sister, Linda (Allen) Fox of Zealand, NB; brothers, Doug (Myrna) White of Browns Flat, NB and Robert White of Collingwood, ON and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sisters, Vergie McMinn, Helena White, Greta Spencer, Verna Urquhart and Marjorie Brewer; his brother, Norman White and infant brother, Elmer. Visitation will take place at Burtts Corner Christian Church on Thursday, February 18, 2016 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held from Burtts Corner Christian Church on Friday, February 19, 2016 at 2 pm with Rev. Dan Foreman officiating. Interment will take place in Burtts Corner Community Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Gideon’s or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
