Obituary of Guy Raymond

The death of Guy Lawrence Raymond of Fredericton, NB, occurred suddenly on Sunday, December 20, 2015 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on June 13, 1928 in Val-Brillant, QC, he was the son of the late Leo and Germaine (Soucy) Raymond. Guy is survived by his loving wife, Alice (Murchison) Raymond; one brother, George (Muriel) Raymond of Moncton, NB; two sisters, Simone Samson and Claudette O’Neil both of Montreal, QC; one brother in law, Gerald (Susan) Murchison; one sister in law, Judy (Brian) Matheson; many special nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Guy was predeceased by his brothers in law, Buddy O’Neil, Bliss Samson, Nickolaj Pedersen along with one sister in law, Marion Pedersen. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 from 1-2 pm, followed immediately by the Funeral Service with Father John Jennings officiating.
