Gammon, Randolph “Glayne”
The death of Randolph “Glayne” Gammon of Fredericton, NB, husband of Frances (Bunker) Gammon occurred on Sunday, July 19, 2015 at the Victoria General Hospital, Halifax, NS. Born on November 7, 1930 in Durham Bridge, NB, he was the son of the late Randolph and Mary (Abernethy) Gammon. He worked for Maritime Electric and retired as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor for NB Power in 1991. He enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing and was a volunteer with Meals on Wheels.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Bill Gammon (Ruth) of Durham Bridge, NB, Brad Gammon (Shirley) of Kelowna, BC and Todd Gammon (Judy) of Fort McMurray, AB; grandchildren, Jarratt, Travis, Ara, Kristin, Janine and Brittany; several great grandchildren; sister, Betty Haines of Fredericton, NB; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his son, David and brother, Fred.
Although there will be no visitation or funeral service as per Glayne’s request, there will be a private graveside service at Alexander Gibson Memorial Cemetery at a later date.
