Deepest sympathy to the family in the loss of your wonderful mother. She was a special lady, who had great faith, courage and an inspiration to all of us.
A faithful charter member of Corbett Church since it formed in 1951, Mavis lived out Luke 10:27 by loving the Lord her God with all her heart, soul, strength and mind and her family, friends and neighbours as herself. In so doing, she was loved by and an inspiration to all who knew her ~ to God be the glory!
Mavis was such a wonderful lady. We loved to be with her, her smile and her sense of humour always made an occasion special. We will miss her. We are in Nova Scotia and are very sorry to miss the funeral. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
I have many wonderful memories of her cooking at the daycare during my time of being on the staff with her. She loved her job and she did it well.
So sorry for your great loss she was a very special lady ! She will be missed. Blessings to you all during this time of sadness.

Mavis was a very dear and precious friend of mine. I will miss her very much but I am thankful God has taken her to her heavenly reward.I will be remembering her family in my thoughts and prayers. God bless.
