Obituary of Diane Brennan

The passing of Diane Bertha Brennan of Blissfield, NB, wife of Edward “Ed” Brennan occurred on Friday, May 29, 2015 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on April 1, 1946 in Doaktown, NB, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Dainie (Mountain) Ward. Diane was a cook at the Miramichi Salmon Club. She was a member of the Doaktown Bridge Club and was a volunteer with Lifeline. In addition to her husband, Diane is survived by her son, Jeffrey Brennan of Blissfield, NB; granddaughter, Emily Baker; sister, Christina MacRae (Roy) of Blackville, NB; brother, Richard Ward (Sabra) of New Maryland, NB; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters, Thelma Christie and Joyce Parker; brothers, Darrell, Perley and Allison Ward. Although there will be no visitation; a Memorial Mass will take place at Our Lady of The Annunciation, Doaktown, NB on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 11am with Father Joseph Okoko as celebrant. Interment will take place in Holy Name of Mary Cemetery, Blissfield, NB.
