Obituary of Joyce DeWolfe

The passing of Joyce Madeline DeWolfe of Fredericton, NB, wife of Terry DeWolfe occurred on Sunday, February 15, 2015 at home. Born on October 11, 1949 in Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Chester and Florence (Steele) Hudson. Joyce was a volunteer for the Canadian Cancer Society and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #15, Marysville, NB. In addition to her husband, Joyce is survived by her children, Tina McCoy (Roger Blanchard), Tanya Brown (Danny) and Lisa Price (Trevor) all of Fredericton, NB; sons, Michael DeWolfe (Jen Beer) of PE and Ernie DeWolfe of ON; grandchildren, Terry-Lynn McCoy, Chelsey Blanchard, Chris Price, Brody Brown, Chasity Blanchard, Janine Brown, DJ Blanchard, Nick DeWolfe, Steven DeWolfe, Sarah Waite, Jamie-Lynn DeWolfe and Amanda DeWolfe; great grandchildren, Alex, Austin, Aiden and Connor; brother, David Hudson; sisters in law, Rena Hudson, Violet Watson (Bill) and Carol Conrod (Gilbert); brother in law, Harris DeWolfe; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter, Tina Francis DeWolfe; brother, Russel Hudson; step father, Donald Veneau and sisters in law, Jeannette Hudson and Judy DeWolfe. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at 10 am with Rev. Paul Thompson officiating.
