Obituary of Linda White

The passing of Linda Jean White of Mount Hope, NB, wife of the late Darrell White occurred on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on April 15, 1946 in Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Hilda (Harrison) Doak. She was a cook. Linda enjoyed playing bingo. Linda is survived by her daughters, Tanya Vrolyk (Brian) and Sharon Newman (Louie Chaison) both of Fredericton, NB; sons, Fenton Doak and Ronnie Wright both of Penniac, NB, Jamie Wright of Fredericton, NB and Jim Stafford of Alberta; eleven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sisters, Yvonne MacGarvie (Ken) and Mary Brown (Jim) both of Richicbucto Road, NB, Brenda MacAleer (Skippy) of Geary, NB and Catherine Newman (Stanley) of Ontario; brothers, Dick Doak (Laverne) of Maugerville, NB and Fenton Doak (Patsy) of Richicbucto Road, NB; several nieces and nephews. A gathering will be held to celebrate Linda’s life at the Penniac Recreation Centre on Saturday, February 14, 2015 from 3-5 pm.
