Life Legacy
Wallace “Butch” Bucci of Fredericton, NB passed away after a brief illness at Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on December 29, 2014. Born in St. Leonard, NB on August 22, 1931, he was the son of the late John and Emma (Mazerolle) Bucci. Wallace leaves behind his daughters, Marinda of Ontario, Kathy of Alberta, Kelly, who lives in the United States; and Lori of Fredericton; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters, Florence Roulston of Halifax, NS, Mildred Dube of Perth-Andover, Dorris Straight of Presque Isle, ME, Verna Green of Plaster Rock; a brother, Eldred "Fuzz" Bucci of Plaster Rock; and a host of nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by his loyal dog, Maicie.
Wallace was preceded in death by his wives, Lois Bucci and Diane Mary Bucci; his parents; and his brothers, Gerald and Lawrence Bucci. Wallace retired from Canadian Pacific Railway in 1986 after more than 31 years of employment. He loved spending time with his family, with his friends at the Johnson Avenue Seniors Center, woodworking and traveling.
There will be no visitation or service at this time. Interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Johnson Avenue Seniors Center.
