Obituary of Theresa Brewer

The passing of Theresa “Terri” (Bourque) Brewer of Royal Road, NB, wife of Edwin Brewer occurred on Monday, September 22, 2014, at home. Born on December 27, 1955 in Stanley, NB, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Sara “Sadie” (Martin) Bourque. She was a member of the St. Patrick’s CWL and a past member of the Upper Nashwaak Lioness. Terri enjoyed camping, bowling and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Terri is survived by her sons, Chris Brewer (Mary Ann) and Jeremy Brewer (Jeannine) both of Stanley, NB and Andrew Brewer of Saint John, NB; grandchildren, Miranda, Mirriah, Josh, Jordan and Maxim; sisters, Jeanette Campbell of Idabel, OK, Elizabeth Hawkes, Katherine Paradis-Bavis (Murray), Shirley Beggs (Dorian), Agnes Edmondson (Mike), Joanne McWade (Tim) and Deana MacKinnon (Chub); brothers, Ronald Bourque (Marie Paule) Murdochville, QC, Gerald Bourque (Sandra), Earl Bourque (Barb) and Clement Bourque (Starlene) all of Stanley, NB; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, David Bourque. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Thursday, September 25, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Memorial Service will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Friday, September 26, 2014 at 11am with Father Monte Peters officiating.
