Obituary of Kevin Ryan

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our oldest son, Kevin. Born in Fredericton, NB on June 4, 1965, he was the son of Paul and Leona (Frenette) Ryan. Kevin spent many of his working years in construction. He enjoyed nature, where he spent many hours, hunting and fishing. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Morgan; his daughter, Meghie and his step son, Matthew Long; the children’s mother, Charlotte Long. He is also survived by two brothers, Tom of Fredericton and Jim of Vancouver; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Harry and Eleanor Ryan and maternal grandparents, Leo and Lina Frenette. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Theresa’s Roman Catholic Church on Thursday, August 28, 2014 at 11am with Father John Jennings as celebrant. A reception will follow. Interment will take place in St. Anthony’s Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrance may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association or the charity of the donor’s choice.
