Obituary of Eldona McCullough

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Eldona Mae McCullough, wife of the late Beverly McCullough, on August 3, 2014. Eldona was born in Kingsley, NB on May 24, 1929 to the late William and Maude (Elder) Seymour. She lived in Keswick Ridge for 63 years and for the past 2 years resided at Nashwaak Villa, Stanley, NB. Before retirement, Eldona worked for Kitchen Brothers and at the UNB Post Office. She was a member of All Saint’s Anglican Church where she was a part of the ACW. Eldona was also a member of the Elm Tree Square Dancers, enjoyed quilting and gardening. Eldona is survived by and was a wonderful mom to five children; Judy Hunter, Janet (Gerry) Sutton, Roger (Darlene) McCullough, Angela (Darin) Shaw, Mark (Paula) McCullough. She will be forever missed by her seven grandchildren; Shelley, Greg, Crystal, Ashley, Jeremy, Amy and Dylan, great grandchildren and her niece Barbara Miller. Mom was predeceased by her parents, sisters, brother and dear husband of 63 years (Sept 13, 2012). At Eldona’s request, there will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. We invite family and friends to a celebration of her life on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at All Saint's Anglican Church, Keswick Ridge, NB at 2 pm with the Archdeacon John T. Sharpe officiating. Thanks and sincere gratitude’s are extended to the fine staff of Nashwaak Villa for their commitment to our mom. As expressions of sympathy, remembrances to Nashwaak Villa or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
