Obituary of Marjorie Lyons

The passing of Marjorie Janet Lyons of Fredericton, wife of the late Richard Lyons, occurred on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Born on February 4, 1950 in Fredericton NB, she was the daughter of the late George and Harriett (McKay) Roach. Marjorie worked for Service Master, enjoyed crossword puzzles and watching the Food Network. Marjorie is survived by her children, Janet Estey (Tim) of Bull Lake, NB, Richard Lyons (Amanda) of Noonan, NB, and Corey Lyons of Fredericton, NB; grandchildren, Kenny, Derrick, Austin, Quentin, Mike, Misty, Michelle, Brianna, Jaxson and Baby Lyons; great grandchild, Cameron Lyons; sister, Cecilia Corey (David) of Noonan, NB; nieces, Debbie Munn and Lisa Ross. In addition to her husband and parents, Marjorie was predeceased by her brother, Daniel Roach. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton NB on Monday, June 30, 2014 from 7-9 pm. A Memorial Service will take place at Corbett Ave Wesleyan Church on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at 11 am. Interment will take place in Sunny Bank Cemetery.
